Method

The AC Swim Club teaching method was designed by Ann Curtis, and revised by Nathan Adrian and Will Copeland. The method is built from the ground up, putting a large emphasis on technique and the kick of each stroke. Each level has a unique focus and once mastered, flows seamlessly to the next level. Whether you're going underwater for the first time or preparing for a swim team, triathlon or beyond, AC Swim Club has a place for you!
