School Year Rolling Enrollment Group & Private Lesson Policies:
We require 14 days advance notice to end a rolling enrollment class. Please set your Drop Date via the Portal.
Please use the Future Absences feature to receive a Makeup Token for a missed class. You must record your future absence before the start of the class you are going to miss. You can receive one Makeup Token per calendar month and you have 30 days to apply the Makeup Token. The token will expire after 30 days.
You may adjust your start date up to 21 days in the future prior to the checkout screen.
When you sign up for a rolling enrollment lesson, your account will be billed for the number of lessons that occur in the calendar month in which your lessons begin. For the following months, the system will automatically bill your account for the number of lessons that fall within that month.
Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds.
One-Off private lesson Policies:
One-Off Private Lessons are lessons that do not repeat and follow no set schedule. You must sign up for each lesson you would like and can create your own schedule.
We require 14 days advance notice to request to be dropped from a private lesson in order to receive a credit on your account. Please submit your request to drop a class in writing by sending an email to info@acswimclub.com.
There are no credits or makeups for missed private lessons.
Junior Otter Lesson Policies:

All children under the age of 3 are required to wear a reusable swim diaper with a happy nappy diaper on top.

Summer Sessions Lesson Policies:
We require 14 days advance notice to request to be dropped from a summer session in order to receive a credit on your account for the session. Please request to drop your enrollment via the Portal.
To use a credit on your account, you must click “Apply Available Credit” on the checkout screen. Credits do not get applied automatically.
You may request to transfer your enrollment to another time within the same session, or to a different session though the Portal. We are unable to process transfer requests once a session has started.
There are no make-ups or credits offered for missed days during the Summer Sessions.

Weather and air quality Policy:
We plan to swim rain or shine.
Lessons will be canceled if nearby Purple Air Sensors measure an AQI of 150 or higher. The decision to cancel will be made one hour prior to the first lesson of each session, and cancellation notifications will be sent via email.
