How do I sign up for swim lessons? Registration is done online! Log into our parent portal here, select your child’s level, and pick your preferred class and time.

Do you have changing rooms and showers? Yes, we have one shower in both changing rooms.

Can my student swim before or after their lesson? No, but there are a few local pools that have open family swim that we encourage attending to practice all of your skills!

How long will it take for my child to learn to swim? This varies from student to student and depends on previous experience, natural ability, and accessibility to water outside of their lesson time. The most important thing is having fun, and the progress will come.

What should I bring to my swim lesson? Just a swimming suit and a towel! We strongly recommend goggles, even though many kids don’t initially like them. We sell kids’ goggles at our swim shop if you forget yours.

Can I schedule a make-up class or a refund for a missed lesson? Yes! For an easy explanation please see the videos above regarding future absences and using makeup tokens. Makeup tokens are limited to one per calendar month and will last on your account for 30 days.

Are the pools heated? Yes! The pools are kept at comfortable temperatures throughout the swimming season.
